The kitchen cooks a mix of Honduran and international dishes, with vegan and vegetarian options on every part of the menu. Fish, conch and shrimp come from the water in front of you.
Cocktails are mixed at the bar and carried out to the beach.

The bar
Piña coladas, coconut mojitos, Monkey Lalas and a Kahlúa–Baileys iced coffee that has no business being as good as it is. Cold Salva Vida, Barena and Imperial, a Latin lager on draft, and a short wine list.
Take it to a bench in the shade, or down to the water.
Breakfast, then the day
Coffee and fruit at seven, with the light still coming up over the bay. Ceviche and chips at lunch. Whole fish, fried or sautéed, at dinner.
Everything is a short walk from your room, and a shorter one from the sea.
